After 3 pairs of NB shoes I KNEW I am 11.5 2E, After reading reviews I got half a size larger 12-2E, but when the shoe arrived I found out it was still narrow. NB - how can you have such variance in your shoe size? My recommendation - only buy this shoe if you can try it or replace it for free

These shoes are quite comfortable and not bad looking, but lightly cushioned and without much arch support. You may want to go 1/2 size larger to leave room for inserts. They are also narrow--the size 11 2E shoes I bought are barely as wide in front as my other size 11 D New Balance running shoes. Although they are advertised as trail running shoes, the tongues lack gussets to keep out dust and debris. It's nice that they're made in the USA. I like lightweight, ventilated shoes and will use these for everyday walking and yardwork. They look like they might last a year or two.

This shoe is very nice and at a very good price. It's also durable and the fit is true to the size.
